Between genres MIX Festival

The MIX Festival, now in its seventh edition, presents a stellar selection of musical genres. Headliners of the two-day festival include Weval and Kid Francescoli, as well as Norwegian electronic music duo Röyksopp. The MIX Festival takes place at Zorlu PSM on November 3-4. 

Akbank 41st Contemporary Artists Award Exhibition

Organized in collaboration with Akbank Sanat and the Painting and Sculpture Museums Association, the Akbank 41st Contemporary Artists Prize Exhibition is at Akbank Sanat until November 4. Curated by Ferhat Özgür, the exhibition features works selected from among the 1,020 entries in the Akbank 41st Contemporary Artists Prize Competition. 

Bob Moses in three cities

Electronic music’s favorite duo, Bob Moses, takes the stage for three nights in Türkiye. On Friday, November 17, Bob Moses performs at Ankara Backyard Secrets. The group heads to ?stanbul LifePark on Saturday, November 18, and to the ?zmir ?stinyeArt 100% Performance Arena on Sunday, November 19.

?stanbul Comedy Festival in its 6th year

The ?stanbul Comedy Festival, one of the most remarkable November events, runs from November 5 to December 3 this year. Held in different venues and featuring interviews, stand-ups, improvisational shows, sold-out theater plays and children’s activities, this year’s festival includes BKM Mutfak, presenting British comedians to Turkish audiences this year.

European Film Month comes to Kundura Cinema with French classics

European Film Month, the month-long celebration of European cinema and during which the European Film Academy announces Europe’s film and award season, takes place in Türkiye this year at Kundura Cinema. Running from November 1 to December 9 across 70 cities, the event presents special programs, events and retrospectives on European cinema. Classics from French cinema are among the films being celebrated at Kundura Cinema.

The 27th edition of the ?stanbul Theater Festival 

Opening on Wednesday October 25 with Pina Bausch’s immortal masterpiece Café Müller, the ?stanbul Film Festival is one of November’s most prominent events. Running until November 25, this year’s ?stanbul Theater Festival program features 19 theaters, performance and dance shows, as well as 11 productions from Türkiye and eight productions from Germany, the UK, Denmark, France, Georgia, Ireland and Greece. 

34th Ankara Film Festival between November 2-10

The 34th Ankara Film Festival, organized by the World Mass Media Research Foundation (Dünya Kitle ?leti?imi Ara?t?rma Vakf?), takes place at the Büyülüfener Cinema in K?z?lay. The program includes remarkable productions from Türkiye and around the world. 

Together: Accessible Film Festival visits Eski?ehir

For more than a decade, the Accessible Films Festival has been working to extend the experience of watching movies ‘together’ to people with disabilities. Offering a unique experience to disabled moviegoers in the city, the eleventh edition of the festival visits Eski?ehir on the weekend of November 4-5. 

November touring program of State Theaters announced
