Economy Class on Continental Flights

For continental flights, Swiss Airlines offers the option to pre-order from a selection of up to five products. While meals are not complimentary, this service allows you to customise your in-flight dining experience. Payment for these items will be collected during the flight.

How to Order

1. Visit the Pre-Order Website: Start by going to swiss.com/preselect

2. Input Your Booking Information: Provide your Booking Code, First Name, and Surname, then click �Continue�.

3. Explore Your Options: On the booking details page, click �Select� to peruse the selection available on your flight.

4. Choose Your Products: Pick your desired items from the available offerings.

5. Add to Your Cart: Once you�ve made your choice, click �Add to Shopping Cart� on the confirmation pop-up.

6. Review and Confirm: Check your selections by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top of the page.

7. Finalize Your Pre-Order: Double-check your order, enter your email twice, and click �Submit order�.

8. Payment: Payment for your pre-ordered products will be taken during your flight.

First and Business Class on International Flights

Follow the same process for your meal pre-order,�passengers in First and Business Class can pre-select one main hot meal for the first service. This meal is included in the ticket price and guarantees your choice will be available inflight. Orders can be placed up to 36 hours before the scheduled departure.
