Pizza doesn't have to be off-limits if you are gluten or dairy-free! All you have to do is be creative. This recipe is full of flavor and makes for a quick, light and satisfying lunch or dinner. This recipe can be made in the oven or airfryer. If you're using an airfryer, be sure to use one that is forever-chemical-free, like this one.
Ingredients:
1 Siete almond flour tortilla 3 TBSP Primal Kitchen Hawaiian BBQ sauce 2 TBSP organic mozzarella cheese (omit if dairy-free or sub with dairy-free cheese) 1 1/2 TBSP bell pepper, finely diced 1 1/2 TBSP red onion or scallion, finely diced 1/3 cup organic cooked chicken, chopped in small pieces 1/8 tsp garlic powder 1 TBSP fresh cilantro or parsley, finely choppedDirections:
Preheat your oven or airfryer to 350 degrees. Toss the chicken in 1 TBSP of BBQ sauce and garlic powder. Spread 2 TBSP of BBQ sauce on the tortilla. Top with cheese first, then bell pepper, then chicken, and onion or scallion on top. Bake or airfry for 6-8 minutes, or until desired level of crispness. Cut into fourths and top with cilantro or parsley.
