This salmon teriyaki bowl makes the most of your delicious wild Alaska salmon fillets. Sweet and tangy teriyaki sauce is the perfect compliment to fresh salmon. Additionally, creamy avocado, crunchy radishes and carrots, sweet mango and sushi rice round out this nutrient and flavor packed bowl.

Ingredients
Bowl
½ c sushi rice 2 tbsp. rice vinegar 2 wild Alaska salmon fillets, skin removed 1 avocado ½ cucumber ½ mango 8 radishes 1 carrot 1 tsp sesame seedsSauce
2 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp rice vinegarDirections
Step 1: Prepare rice
Cook sushi rice according to package directions.
Step 2: Prepare salmon
Cut the salmon into bite-size pieces. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the salmon and sear on all sides until golden-brown color and cooked throughout—about 6- to 8 minutes.
Step 3: Prep veggies
Dice avocado, cucumber, and mango. Slice carrots and radish.
Step 4: Make sauce
Whisk together the sesame oil, teriyaki sauce and rice vinegar.
Step 5: Assemble bowls
Arrange the Alaska salmon bowl by mixing the rice with the rice vinegar and add it to the bowl. Add the carrot, cucumber, mango, avocado, radishes and finally the wild Alaska salmon. Top with the sauce and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
