90 Second Cornbread

My 90 second cornbread comes out so fluffy and delicious! It’s so easy to make and low carb. I love to top it with a little butter and honey!

   

Servings: 1

Ingredients: 

3 tbsp almond flour

1 tsp cornmeal (optional)

1 tbsp powdered sweetener or sugar free honey

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp butter, melted

1 large egg

Dash of cinnamon (about Ľ tsp)

1 tbsp Choczero sugar free honey (discount code: lowcarblove)

Directions:

Add everything into your mug and microwave in a square ramekin for 60 seconds!

Top with honey butter and enjoy!
