90 Second Pancake

If you love pancakes, you have to try this recipe! I made one in 90 seconds in the microwave and it tasted amazing! I like to top it with butter and some sugar free maple syrup!

   

Servings: 1

Ingredients: 

3 tbsp almond flour

1 tbsp powdered sweetener 

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp butter melted

1 large egg

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Dash of cinnamon 

Directions:

Add everything into your mug and microwave in a ramekin for 60 seconds!

Top with butter and maple syrup and enjoy!
