This Christmas themed cheeseball is so easy to make with just four ingredients!

I used this spreadable brie cheese. 2 3-4oz packages of it was enough for one cheeseball.

Add 1/2 cup cranberries and 1/2 cup pecans to a bowl.

Add honey.

Then add both containers of soft brie. Mix well to combine.

Scoop onto a large piece of cling wrap.

Form into a large ball and secure top.
Place in the fridge for a couple hours up to overnight.

Once it is set, remove from fridge and unwrap.
Add the remaining cranberries and pecans to a plate.

Roll the brie ball in them to coat.
Place on a decorative plate.

Top with a gold wrapped Rollo candy as the top of the “ornament”.

Place on a decorative plate and serve with crackers and a knife for spreading.
