A teacher was arrested after Israeli forces raided her home and assaulted her and her family in Beit Ummar, a town in the West Bank, local sources said.
Israeli forces have arrested some 4,695 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank since theGaza war broke out on 7 October.
At least 10 people were arrested in the West Bank between Saturday evening Sunday morning, the Palestinian Prisoners' Club (PPC) said.
Official Turkish news agency Anadolu said the information came in a joint statement by the PPC and the Palestinian Authority's Commission of Detainees' and Ex-Detainees' Affairs.
Siham Abu Ayyash, a teacher, was arrested after Israeli forces raided her home in Beit Ummar, a town near Hebron, local sources told The New Arab's sister site Al-Araby al-Jadeed.
The sources said Abu Ayyash and her family were assaulted and that contents in her home were destroyed.
Her mobile phone and computer were confiscated and she was taken to an unknown location, the sources added.
The arrests that took place between Saturday evening and Sunday morning occurred in the Nablus, Bethlehem, Jenin, Hebron and Tulkarm provinces.
It comes amid Israel's indiscriminate war on Gaza, which has so far killed more than 20,400 people.
Since the fighting broke out, Israeli forces and settlers have stepped up attacks on Palestinians in the West Bank.
The UN's Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs said on Friday that the Palestinian death toll in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, was over 290 since 7 October.
