That will go on hold for a while according to her team. The Perth Lynx announced that McDonald is out until early February with a mild tear in her knee.
Aari suffered a knee injury in our game vs UC Capitals on Wednesday.
Scans revealed she suffered a mild tear, and we expect her back on the court in early February.

McDonald will be entering the third year of her WNBA career with the Atlanta Dream in the summer of 2024, but this is her first full season playing internationally. Her first season in the WNBL has been nothing short of fantastic.
She currently ranks second in the league with 18.8 points per game, just ahead of teammate Amy Atwell’s 17.4 PPG. McDonald also contributes 2.9 rebounds, 5.9 assists, and 1.8 steals per game. She is shooting
McDonald’s injury occurred during a game against the UC Capitals on Wednesday, Dec. 28 local time according to the press release issued by the Lynx. It was Tuesday, Dec. 27 in the U.S.
