A small group of Arsenal youngsters trained with the first-team squad at London Colney ahead of Saturday’s game against Liverpool.
Ethan Nwaneri, Bradley Ibrahim, Reuell Walters and Lino Sousa all took part in the session.
With regards to first-team players, Mohamed Elneny is back in training, although Jorginho is doubtful and Thomas Partey isn’t yet back in full training.
Jurrien Timber, Fabio Vieira and Takehiro Tomiyasu remain out injured.
There could be one space on the bench for an academy player at Anfield but it remains to be seen which senior players will be available.
