Arsenal lead the race to sign teenage ‘wonderkid’ Tristan Panduro who has blown away staff at London Colney.
Tristan Panduro is currently plying his trade at Danish side FC Copenhagen but has dreams of playing in the Premier League and he could achieve that in the future.
The 15-year-old midfielder has attracted interest from a whole host of European Giants, including Manchester City, Real Madrid and Barcelona, though it appears Arsenal have beaten them in the race for his signature.
Panduro was in attendance for the Gunner’s 2-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion at the weekend and is currently on trial with the club.
During any trial process, it is never easy to gauge how a young player will do, regardless of how talented they are.
They only have a limited time to impress and sometimes that can hinder them from showing how good they truly are.
In the case of Panduro, however, Arsenal have watched him that many times, they know the levels he’s capable of reaching and has made an instant impression on Mikel Arteta.

Speaking on the transfer exchange YouTube channel, Steve Kay – who initially broke the story of Arsenal’s interest via Football Transfers – has revealed how Panduro has blown away the Gunner’s scouts during his trial.
He said: “Tristan Panduro – they call him the Danish wonderkid. He’s playing at the moment for FC Copenhagen.
“Arsenal have been out there many times to watch him, and Mikel Arteta decided to bring him over for a trial, what I’m told is he’s impressed a lot, and he was in the stadium at the weekend for the win against Brighton, so yeah, a midfielder, very versatile, he’s an all-rounder, as he gets older he’ll get a set position, but at the moment he’s doing a lot.
“A Danish wonderkid, he’s at Arsenal on trial, he’s been watched by Barcelona, Real Madrid and Man City, all the biggest clubs, in the world. He wants to play in the Premier League, so one for the future there.”
Should Arsenal sign Tristan Panduro?
After acquiring fellow Dane Chido Obi-Martin, who famously scored 10 goals in a 14-3 victory for the U16s against Liverpool, it seems a no-brainer for Arsenal to wrap up a deal for Panduro.
Despite his tender age, he is already demonstrating very high levels of technical ability and would only develop rapidly in the Hale End academy setup.
Arsenal are one of the best sides in the country at churning out talent having watched the likes of Bukayo Saka, Eddie Nketiah, Emile Smith Rowe, and Reiss Nelson all thrive in the first-team setup.
During a time when the Gunners are giving opportunities to youngsters more than ever, as demonstrated by Arteta already handing Ethan Nwaneri his senior debut, the best place for Panduro’s development is seemingly at the Emirates stadium.
