ANRF was excited to attend the annual American College of Rheumatology’s societal meeting, ACR Convergence 2022 in Philadelphia! From sessions to posters to the exhibit hall, ANRF FULLY represented all of our supporters with cutting-edge research and more. ANRF Scholars speaking at ACR2022 included:

Pui Lee, MD, PhDHeather Faust, PhDAnil Singh, PhDMichael Paley, MD, PhDAnd many more!

ANRF Scientific Advisory Board member, Betty Diamond, MD, was also honored with the American College of Rheumatology Presidential Gold Medal Award. Dr. Diamond is currently head of the Center for Autoimmune and Musculoskeletal Diseases at The Feinstein Institute for Medical Research and director of the Ph. and MD/PhD programs at the Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine. ANRF congratulates Dr. Diamond on her award!

On Saturday evening of ACR Convergence 2022, ANRF hosted our annual ANRF Scholar and Partner Reception where we welcomed all past scholars, researchers, medical professionals, industry partners and others to gather and learn about all the amazing work the ANRF has accomplished this year. Attendees were given the opportunity to hear a special presentation by Emily Boyd Stormoen, ANRF Chief Executive Officer, where she detailed the latest developments with the organization, a look at the strategic plan and more.

We also had the pleasure of exhibiting in the ACR2022 expo hall where we featured our latest cohort of ANRF Scholars, information on the 2023-2024 grant cycle and information on ANRF successes from the past year. Professionals from all rheumatology specialties stopped by our exhibit booth to engage with the ANRF team and learn more about the organization.
