Like many of you, I’m working on “practicing what I preach.” I often urge others living with autoimmune conditions to rest and pace themselves, yet I struggle to do so myself. With that in mind: I’ll be on a holiday break through Wednesday, January 3rd.
I will be occasionally checking email and social media message but will not get back to you until after January 3rd unless it is urgent, thank you for understanding!
My wishes for those with chronic illness over the holidays
Until then, I am sending these holiday wishes to all my fellow chronic illness warriors:
May your heating pad always be hot
May your friends and family “get it”
May you accept with your body even if it doesn’t work perfectly
May you make peace with uncertainty
May you embrace the present moment, even when it hurts
I’m sending you all lots of love and cheer, and also a quick reminder to sign up for the FREE “Arthritis Life Hack Extravaganza” workshop coming up in February 2024, where I’ll be walking you through my best tips for reducing pain and increasing joy during daily activities.
