In the last 10 months, this man got 2.1 billion views on social media.

You’ve probably never heard of Logan… but you definitely know some of his clients.

Logan Forsyth helps his clients get hundreds of millions of views every month using short form content. Think Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Snapchat.

Let’s call it for what it is: a superpower.

Big corporations pay $6-7m for a 30 second ad placement in the Super Bowl. That will get your product in front of 40 million people at most.

Logan helps his clients get hundreds of millions of views every month on social media for a fraction of the price.

How does he get so many views?

To reach those unfathomable numbers, Logan’s team (Media Scaling) posts more than 12,000 pieces of short form content every month.

When you post 12,000 times a month, you learn a thing or two about creating short form content.

Chances are, you won’t meet the requirements to become one of Logan’s clients (you need 300k subscribers and $2m annual revenue).

Fortunately for you, however, Logan has revealed 6 steps you can take to multiply your audience on social media.

If you’re looking for the secret sauce for going viral, this is as close as you’re going to get.

Here is a 6-part framework to get 100 million views in one month with short form content.

1. Use proven hooks

One of the main reasons Logan is able to attract such high profile clients is his bold guarantee.

You can only guarantee millions of views in 90 days if have a proven model and framework that you can replicate time and time again. This is it…

Use hooks that work every time

According to Logan, the first 3 seconds of the video are, by far, the most important thing to get right.

You have 3 seconds to hook someone in… if you’re intro isn’t good enough, noone is going to watch it.

After posting hundreds of thousands of short form content, Logan has the data to see what hooks work every time. Here are just a few:

Strong opinion: I Love [insert type of people]Strong opinion: Common Thing] Is A ScamStrong statement: If you could [insert action], you could possibly [insert dream goal]Strong statement: How to know if you have [Insert problem]Celebrity hooks: What do you think of [celebrity or celebrity project]Celebrity hooks: [Celebrity] do you know [insert something that’s not widely known]Calling out groups: Here’s what some people don’t realize about being [insert trait: “bald” “skinny” etc.] Calling out groups: The best [insert action] you can do in your [insert age range]List hooks: Insert number] things every guy should do before [Insert age bracket] List hooks: here are [Insert number] things you need to accept about [Insert topic]

2. Use trendy formats

Certain types of video formats consistently perform well. New trends come and go, but right now these formats are crushing:

1. Reaction videos

A reaction video is a video of you watching other content. If you’ve spent any time on social media, you’ve certainly seen this format.

Pro tip: Find content that has already gone viral. You already know it has an effective hook and story that people are interested in. Leverage the proven virality of a clip and add your own spin on it.

2. Podcast clips

There’s only one thing people love as much as podcasts right now: podcast clips.

Podcast clips are short clips taken from a long-form podcast. They have usually been edited to add captions, include animations and delete any silences.

They are 20-60 second clips that make a quick, pertinent point that resonates with people.

3. Keynote talks (speaking on stage)

Nothing screams authority like a person on a stage.

In the same way you might chop up a podcast, you can chop up a keynote speech to create lots of valuable short form content.

Pro tip: Constantly study the best creators in your niche. See what content formats are working form them. Use them for yourself.

3. Horizontal scaling

This is where we start playing on expert-mode. If you want to know what it takes to go viral time after time… this is it.

For every creator, Logan makes 5-10 more accounts on each platform with slightly different names.

You’d be forgiven for thinking these were fan accounts. But you’d be wrong.

This is a strategic play from Logan that has three significant benefits:

Volume: He can post a significantly higher volume of content for each of his clients. Each extra piece of content is another shot at going viral. Data: He can test what is working across a larger sample size. Better data = better results. Social SEO: Instagram, TikTok and YouTube’s algorithms detect that someone enjoys content from (for example) Iman Gadzhi, and then shows content from Iman’s main account.

4. Volume or die

“I’ve never seen a drop in growth if there’s more content, as long as the quality doesn’t drop”.

Straight from the horses mouth… this is your call to scale your content production machine.

Use these two strategies to increase your output efficiently.

1. Repurpose

Put the time and effort into creating a high-value piece of content (e.g. podcast / keynote talk, talking head video)… then milk it for everything it’s worth.

Alex Hormozi chops up clips from his long-form videos and interviews to create lots of YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. From a one-hour interview, Alex is able to make 10-20 pieces of short-form content.

2. Remix

If a clip has gone viral, it’s likely to go viral again. Remix the living daylights out of this clip.

Each piece of content has to be unique (because the algorithms don’t like duplicated content), so you need to freshen it up. Here’s how:

Fonts: Change the fonts of the captions.Editing: Mix up the editing and animations you use on top of the original clip. Use splitscreen content: Ever seen short form content where half the screen is clips of GTA gameplay or satisfying gloop? This method may be an attack on our attention span, but it works.

The beauty of this is that you can remix other people’s content that has already gone viral.

5. Don’t get flagged as spam

If you use the ‘Horizontal Scaling’ method (see section 3) to post ungodly amounts of content, you’ll need to take some precautions.

Social media algorithms (understandably) don’t like spammy behaviour. Do the following to make sure your accounts aren’t flagged as spam.

5 accounts per person: One person should only manage 5 accounts per platform. If you want more than 5 accounts, you’ll need to hire another social media manager. Be social: On each of the accounts, make sure you are watching other people’s content (watch videos all the way through). Like it. Comment. Imitate normal behaiour. Respond to comments: Respond to every single comment on your posts. Not only is this good for boosting the post’s performance, but will also show the algorithm you’re a walking, talking human. Warm up the account: When you make an account, add a profile picture and bio. Save 3-4 posts to drafts. Then, after using the account to watch, like and comment on other content for a few days, start posting. Don’t be too repetitive: Don’t just copy and paste captions on every post. Don’t always tag the same person in your posts. Don’t act like a bot would.

6. Scale with a team

Logan is in the big leagues. He can post 12,000 pieces of short form content every month because he has a monster team.

Here’s the workforce Logan conscripts for each client.

5-8 video editors: To edit the videos. A copywriter: To write the captions and tagged comments. A data analyst: To see what is working. A clips coordinator: To create a database of content bookmarked with topics and themes. A virality engineer: To manage the process and ensure the content meets the agency’s high standards.A social media manager: To schedule and publish the content (and respond to comments).

It’s a lot. But this shouldn’t scare or discourage you.

This should fire you up.

Getting hundreds of millions of views isn’t about getting lucky. It’s about making high-quality content that people find valuable. It’s about having strategies to post as much volume as you can. It’s about having solid processes to ensure you post consistently

It’s possible folks… it’s just a lot of work.
