Luxury brands may be struggling to court customers in Hong Kong, but one category that is still booming is beauty. Sephora recently opened its doors in the city, bringing with it a host of new brands including Drunk Elephant which was recently sold to beauty giant Shiseido. Also flying off shelves is celebrity favourite, Dr Barbara Sturm. I had the honour of interviewing this German beauty mogul at The Upper House in Hong Kong, where she revealed the science behind her line to a crowd of excited fans.
