The chain has been around for decades, however a few years ago under new ownership a complete transformation began and their renowned bathhouse in Glebe is now a spectacular holistic wellness location.

Upon stepping into Nature’s Energy Glebe, one is immediately struck by the serene ambiance that envelops the spa. The atmosphere is both inviting and calming, setting the stage for a day of pampering and rejuvenation. The recent renovations have breathed new life into this tranquil haven.

It offers a range of unique amenities, including a traditional Swedish sauna, an infrared sauna, a cold pool, and a stunning new recovery room where you can sit post-treatment with a cup of warm herbal tea. Traditional Swedish Sauna: Stepping into the brand new, outdoor traditional Swedish sauna, I was immediately enveloped in warmth and relaxation. The high heat (70°c) penetrates deep into the  muscles, releasing tension and stress. It’s a timeless ritual that continues to work wonders.

Infrared Sauna: The infrared sauna, with its gentle yet effective heat, provides a different kind of detoxification.

Cold pool: After the saunas, I took a dip in the cold pool which sits at 2°c- 7°c  and while very chilly, I managed to stay in for a full 2 minutes!
