Katherine’s Mooloolaba wedding photos are some of my most favourite of all time. Seriously. She looks so happy and so gosh darn gorgeous. (Just quietly, I like to think I had a hand in that!)
For Katherine’s makeup, she had but one main request – to make her look like a total stunner.
For her eye makeup, I went with all matte shadows and a thin clean black eyeliner to create a base for her lashes. We went for mostly natural colours, but with a sneaky blend of subtle burgundy and cranberry tones. This was designed to tie in with her floral colour palette and her bridesmaids’ burgundy dresses.
Katherine didn’t want to go so far as to have a deep burgundy lip colour, so instead we chose a berry tone in the same colour family. This worked perfectly to bring in some gorgeous colour and glam without going overboard.
We were so so happy with our makeup that you did, it was perfect. I received so many compliments! So a massive thank you for making us look amazing… especially me!
