I have so many nutrition clients come to me and say they eat really healthy for their main meals, but when it comes to snacking they really struggle to find anything nourishing.

We're often faces with bags of chips, candy bars, of even hyper-processed protein bars that are masquerading as healthy food.

Don't worry team, help is on hand. After living with a super-healthy (vegan + gluten-free) housemate for a few years, there was one thing she ate consistently: Mary's Crackers. In fact, I swore she must have had shares in the business because she tried to push their amazingness onto everyone she knew.

Fast-forward to me qualifying as a Clinical Nutritionist and hanging out snack ideas, and I HAD to get my paws on these to see if I could legitimately recommend them to my beloved clients. Even the ones who require a diet free from wheat, nuts, eggs, and dairy.

After analysing the nutrition panel with a fine tooth-comb, I can honestly saw I was incredibly and delightfully surprised. There's no artificial flavours or preservatives, packed with plant-based protein, and are made from organic, WHOLEFOOD ingredients.

Naturally I had to taste-test them all. ?

All flavours were totally delicious and work well with dips, spreads, and cheese.
I also really enjoyed them straight out of the box on their own, unadorned!

If you're low on inspo, here are some of my favourite topping ideas:

Hummus + Cucumber + Dill + Black SesameNut Butter + Pear SlicesCheese + Dried FigsCottage Cheese + Capers + Chilli FlakesMiso paste + Canned Salmon + Sesame OilAvocado + Poached chicken + PepperSmoked Salmon + Cashew cream cheese

Mary’s Original crackers are crafted with four key, whole ingredients - brown rice, quinoa, flax and sesame seeds - the perfect pairing of toasty flavor and crunchy goodness.

The Super Seed variety is seed-crafted with a hearty combination of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds and more - each serving of Super Seed crackers offers 5 grams of plant-based protein.

The REAL Thin style are a more traditional toasty and crunchy cracker, available in four flavours.

If you're looking for a nutritious, filling and genuinely healthy option for your next snack attack or cheese platter with mates, you're going to want to grab a box of these.
