The Morrison Bar and Oyster Room is a stalwart Sydney institution based in the CBD, serving up a wide array of food and drinks all year round. The venue is a favourite haunt for the after work crowd and is famous for its huge selection of oysters. The Morrison Bar and Oyster Room is also currently hosting its very popular annual crab carnival for the fifth consecutive year, featuring a menu full of various crab dishes until which we had the pleasure of trying out for our most recent visit.
