Visioneer Builders
Visioneer Builders are an award-winning construction group based in Melbourne focusing on delivering architecturally unique single residential builds, multi-residential developments and commercial structures. The group have collaborated with several of Australia’s leading architects and interior designers, including Melbourne-based architects Powell & Glenn on their ‘Canopy House’ project: an open-air concrete structure situated on a cascading, leafy site in Melbourne’s southeast.

Sinjen
Sinjen are a premium architectural building company based in Melbourne specialising in building innovative, high-impact designs. Since the company’s inception in 2011, they’ve distinguished themselves as a builder of choice among Australia’s leading architects, including Inglis Architects, who they collaborated with on their ‘DS Residences’ project: two distinct homes in Melbourne’s South Yarra united by a striking yet understated material palette.

Made Build
Based on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, Made Build believe that an inspiring collaboration between client, architect and builder creates exceptional residential buildings for coastal settings. The company’s collaboration with Planned Living Architects and Studio Tom on their ‘Blairgowrie Beach House’ project exemplifies this: a monumental and unpretentious place to reside by the sea on the dunes of Blairgowrie, Victoria.

Bellevarde
ACT-based construction company Bellevarde are guided by their principle that to create extraordinary houses, you need a team of people who share a love for building. “That’s what Bellevarde is – a team who want to build extraordinary houses.” The company were instrumental to the success of Olson Kundig’s ‘Bilgola Beach House’ project: a family home on New South Wales’ Bilgola Beach, observing the meeting places between sand, sea and the flora at its fringes.

Robert Plumb Build
Sydney-based construction company Robert Plum Build collaborate with Australia’s leading architects and interior designers to create homes that are beautiful in design and meticulous in structure. Together with Potter & Wilson, they crafted ‘Balmoral House’: a voluminous and lofty home on Sydney’s harbour with a distinctive indoor-outdoor design language.
