There’s a huge range of sports available to kids in Adelaide. Kids of all ages and abilities can enjoy soccer, cricket, footy, netball, basketball, athletics, gymnastics, circus school and even programs that let you try a number of sports in one program. Kids sport is not only heaps of fun it’s also a great way to get the kids outdoors and active as well as teaching them important team work and socialiaising skills.
Classes start from as young as toddlers right up to teens and a lot of places offer come and try first lessons if you’re not sure if a sport is right for you.
Tea Tree Gully Gymsports
Tea Tree Gully Gymsports (TTGG) is a large non-profit gymnastics facility located in the north eastern suburbs of Adelaide. It offers a wide range of gymnastics disciplines for all ages and abilities; with classes held seven days a week. You can choose from recreational gymnastics classes (KinderGym, Gymnastics for All or Adults classes) or competitive programs (Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, Men’s Artistic Gymnastics, Trampolining or Tumbling). They also host children’s birthday parties, school holiday GymFun sessions, OSHC groups and is available for private hire bookings.
TTGG offers a fully set-up gymnasium including: sprung floor, rings, multiple parallel and uneven bars, in-ground trampolines, Olympic size trampolines, floor beams, 14m foam fit, air tracks and much more.
All staff hold Gymnastics Australia coaching qualifications, have Working with Children Clearances, Provide First Aid and CPR qualifications. Camp Max at AFL Max
Camp Max is a unique and fun overnight experience for your school. Combining physical and theoretical based learning in the state-of-the-art venue at AFL MAX
Camp Max can be tailored to suit your class, from Year 2 to Year 10. Each Camp includes rock climbing, trampolines, inflatables, interactive gaming screens and a whole lot more!
Sleep in the comfort of this state-of-the-art venue, with all equipment provided – students just need to bring a sleeping bag and a pillow.
AFL Max will talk with your school teachers and ensure that all camp activities and itineraries align with Education Department curriculum. Camps include dinner, a movie on the big screen, snacks, breakfast and morning tea!

Leadership Camp: Students learn important leadership skills and strategies, encouraging anyone that they have the capacity to be a leader.
Healthy Kids Camp: Combining Fitness, Nutrition, Positive Education and Fun – learn about finding the balance to become a healthier and happier person.
High-Performance Camp: Sporting teams learn strategies from elite athletes in order to improve their own performance and wellbeing.

At PlayStart Soccer we are all about getting ACTIVE, starting your child’s sporting journey or continuing to develop their soccer skill set. Weekend classes from 30-60 mins, are all delivered in an engaging and inclusive family environment with all kids getting plenty of time on the ball. Five different class groups enable all kids to learn, develop and build on fundamental motor and soccer skills. With varied classes every week introducing new concepts, your child will be challenged at every class to listen, learn and progress.
Weekly classes run in a term-based format with one class/weekend at our 5 big locations in Unley Park, Mawson Lakes, Windsor Gardens, Grange and Stonyfell.

Play Social (2-3yo) and Play Develop (4-5yo) groups are a heap of fun to help your child take their first kicks and step into a new social circle with parental involvement to assist with confidence in these beginner classes.
Play Connect (5-6yo), Play Improve (6-8yo) and Play Progress (8-10yo) classes focus on an inclusive approach with FUN play-based soccer games with age-appropriate skill progressions across groups.

Jungle Sports
Jungle Sports is a high-energy multi-sport program for 18-month to 6-year-olds. Their exciting program teaches the fundamental movements of 9 different sports throughout the year.
Classes are run by energetic coaches who give children of all abilities the confidence to grow their skills while fostering a love of sports and keeping active. Over the year children will learn cricket, tennis, basketball, soccer, tee-ball, rugby, hockey, AFL and athletics.
The classes are non-competitive, non-contact, semi-structured and a great way to spend quality time together. The focus is on getting active and involved, and they’ll be having so much fun they won’t even realise they’re learning too!

Tiddlerz (ages 2.5 – 5) This is where children begin their journey in our circus school and where they begin to understand how their bodies work by learning through play. Ready Steady Go Kids
Ready Steady Go Kids is Australia’s leading multi-sport program for children aged 1.5-6 years. They currently run classes at 14 locations throughout Adelaide including:
Morphettville, Woodville, Campbelltown, Stepney, Goodwood, Para Vista, Noarlunga, Surrey Downs, Aldinga Beach, Mt Barker, Ingle Farm, Salisbury East, Tanunda and Gawler.
