Yoga Walks bring together the multi-dimensional benefits of being in nature, walking, gentle movement, breathwork and mindfulness.
This is a chance to connect with nature and to yourself, in a small group of up to 10, led by experienced yoga teachers.
Enjoy a guided walk integrated with standing and seated yoga poses and incorporating breath and mindfulness practices. Invite silent contemplation and reflection.
Learn more about First Nations’ connection to Country and “junga- ngarraanga miinggi” (hearing, listening, learning, feeling, thinking, understanding).
Yoga Walks are 60 minutes in duration, suitable for all and ideal for seniors. If participants have mobility issues, walks can be adapted to meet their needs.
Yoga Walks is led by Mischa Telford, a Senior Yoga teacher & IAYT accredited Yoga Therapist and Jacqui Jarrett, a First Nations Yoga teacher and a proud Dharawal and Gumbaynggirr woman and Elder.
