Everyone knows that American brands like Ford and General Motors offer SUVs and trucks that look huge on the road. It’s entirely different from what we have here in India. In India, we consider SUVs like the Mahindra XUV700, Toyota Fortuner, and MG Gloster as big SUVs. These are some of the commonly seen large SUVs on our roads. However, here we have a set of images showing how tiny even these SUVs look in front of an American lifestyle pickup truck. A Ford F650 truck was brought to India via Carnet, and this is how small the Mahindra XUV700 looks in front of this SUV.

The images have been shared by Car Crazy India on their Instagram page. According to the post, this American pickup truck was spotted in Kochi. The black-colored pickup truck is parked somewhere in Kochi, and next to it is a Mahindra XUV700. The Mahindra XUV700, as we know, is a big SUV that has ample road presence and an imposing look. The Ford F650 super truck seen in these pictures is so huge that even a large SUV like the Mahindra XUV700 looks tiny.

The Mahindra XUV700 is an SUV that is 4,695 mm long, 1,890 mm wide, and 1,755 mm tall. The exact dimensions of the F650 are not available as the rear bed on this pickup truck is not offered from the factory. Ford sells this pickup truck with just the cab and stripped chassis at the rear. It’s only after customization that the truck looks complete. We have seen several Ford F150s and Raptors imported to India, but this is probably the first time we have an F650 super truck.

If you look at the image carefully, the roof of the Mahindra XUV700 is just below the bonnet of the F650 truck. The truck is definitely wider, taller, and longer than the XUV700 or any other SUV sold in the Indian market. In fact, even the biggest pickup trucks in India, like the Toyota Hilux and Isuzu V-cross, would have looked tiny in front of this. Ford F-Series trucks are one of the most popular pickup trucks sold across the world. They are extremely popular in the US and have been the best-selling trucks in the country.

This is a heavy-duty pickup truck or super truck, as we mentioned above. It is available with both petrol and diesel engine options. The petrol version of this pickup truck is powered by a 7.3-liter V8 engine that generates 350 PS and 635 Nm of torque. The diesel version of the truck uses a 6.7-liter V8 engine that generates 330 PS and 1015 Nm of peak torque. The truck is so tall that there are multiple step levels to get into the cabin.

Like any other American vehicle, this super truck looks rugged and definitely has an imposing presence on the road. The comment section of this post actually has some interesting comments. One user wrote, “Waiting for a comparison with the Overhyped Fortuner to witness a jaw-dropping reaction of kids.” Another wrote, “This is what car companies make when cars are not taxed according to their size,” and “Meanwhile, that MVD in Kerala be like ‘ayyo endha dhaivame’ (Oh My God).” One of them even commented to compare it with the Tata 407 truck. Details related to the owner of this truck are not available; however, one user claims that the truck belongs to Kerala businessman Boby Chemmannur, who owns the golden Rolls Royce taxi.
