Many low-cost carriers operate at Boston Logan International Airport, but which one has the largest market share?
While Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is not amongst the list of the largest mega hubs in the United States (US), it is still one of the largest airports on the Eastern Coast. In 2022, 17.4 million travelers flew through BOS, far from the airport’s peak of 20.7 million in 2019, just before the pandemic. Nonetheless, there are almost 50 airlines that fly to BOS, including domestic carriers and those from various continents transporting passengers to and from Massachusetts’s largest airport.
