The airline also operates an extensive network of Japanese domestic flights. It recently expanded it by launching a new Tokyo Narita Asahikawa route.

With Shanghai being Chinas largest city and its financial hub, it should come as no surprise that there were already plenty of flights between Tokyo and Shanghai even before Jetstar Japan services resumption.
From Tokyo Narita, Shanghai Pudong is also served by another Japanese low-cost Spring Japan. Full-service airlines operating on the route include Star Alliance members Air China and ANA and oneworld member China Eastern, all of which operate on the route multiple times a day. Juneyao Airlines and China Southern operate a rotation a day too.
Additionally, both Pudong and the more conveniently located Shanghai Hongqiao Airport are served from Tokyo Haneda Airport. ANA, JAL, China Eastern Airlines, and Shanghai Airlines offer service to both Pudong and Hongqiao. Juneyao Air, Peach, and Spring Airlines serve only the former.
Spring Japan operates the route alongside Jetstar Japan. Air China is one of the Chinese airlines connecting Shanghai with Tokyo. Both ANA and JAL operate multiple daily flights to Shanghai.Summary
