Mark Hughes, Falko’s Chief Commercial Officer, expressed his satisfaction in completing the acquisition with Aergo, emphasizing its significance as the second successful closing in the latter part of 2023.

He noted, “The deal establishes Falko’s trading partnership with the lessor, which is our second closing in H2 2023 following the previously announced acquisition of four Q400NG aircraft from Aergo.”

The latest acquisition is part of Falko’s managed fund, Falko Regional Aircraft Opportunities Fund II, which has made substantial investments in 2023.

The fund has acquired fourteen aircraft, including turboprops and regional jets leased to four operators, showcasing Falko’s commitment to strategic growth in the aviation sector.

Karl Trowbridge, Head of Asset Management at Aergo, shared his enthusiasm, stating, “We are thrilled to see the successful conclusion of this ATR72-500 sale.
