This delivery marks the culmination of efforts to modernize production and meet the surging demand for the A321neo, which now represents nearly 65% of Airbus' A320 Family order backlog. The spacious A321neo boasts the widest single-aisle cabin in the sky, along with impressive fuel efficiency and reduced noise footprint compared to older models. Over 5,600 A321neos have been ordered by airlines worldwide.

For Pegasus Airlines, the new aircraft adds to its existing fleet of 93 Airbus jets, including 6 A320ceos, 46 A320neos, and 41 A321neos. The airline has 68 more A321neos on order, highlighting its confidence in the aircraft's capabilities.

The Toulouse FAL, housed in the former A380 assembly building, signifies Airbus' commitment to ramping up production. Together with existing facilities in Hamburg, Mobile, and Tianjin, Airbus aims to reach a monthly production rate of 75 A320 Family aircraft by 2026.

This delivery marks a significant step for both Airbus and Pegasus Airlines. The A321neo's fuel efficiency and passenger comfort align with the growing demand for sustainable and enjoyable air travel, while the new FAL showcases Airbus' dedication to meeting this demand through modernized production processes.
