Japan’s ZIPAIR Adds Vancouver As Its 1st Canadian Destination

The carrier now has five routes to North America.

ZIPAIR has added its first Canadian route: Tokyo Narita to Vancouver. The Japanese carrier, which only uses 290-seat Boeing 787-8s, is a low-cost, no-frills, and wholly-owned subsidiary of Japan Airlines. According to booking data, Narita was Vancouver's fifth-largest point-to-point Asia-Pacific market in the past year, behind Delhi, Hong Kong, Seoul Incheon, and Manila. Tokyo rises to third if Haneda is included.
