HIBISCUS TEA
For those who are at the initial stage of hypertension.
Prepare a cup of tea using hibiscus flower – use fresh, dry, or powdered petals for this.
TENDER COCONUT
Rich in potassium, magnesium, calcium, and vitamin C.
These minerals and nutrients help widen blood vessels and thereby reduce blood pressure.
BANANA
One of the best and highly recommended foods for older people.
It is rich in potassium and abundantly available in all seasons. But choose wisely. Eat locally grown bananas out of so many varieties.
GARLIC
It not only reduces blood pressure but also helps in reducing cholesterol.
How to intake it? – If you dislike having raw garlic, then add it to a glass of milk, boil the milk, and drink it.
