Introduction:-

Conch (Clamshell) is found all over India. It has three species of white, red and yellow. It is written in Ayurveda that whatever is yellowish and has nodular on the back and some is long and round shaped, it is called "Varatika". A Conch with a weight of 6 rows is excellent. Take it for Conch Ashes.

Purifying Method:-

First Method:-
The Conch is purified by swirling the Dolantra up to a stroke in the kanji. 
Second Method:- Mix lemon juice in water and soak the shell in it and heat it for one hour. Then filter out on the farce and remove the entire Conch. In this way, the Conch becomes pure.

Ash Method:-

First Method Dig a pit as deep as your hand. Clean the pit from inside. Put an iron griddle in this pit. Spread the Conch well on it. Cover a tin sheet on top, so that the ashes of the dry cow stool (Kande) are not mixed. Spread the wild kande on top of this tin sheet,  and then put the flame on. After 8 hours, gently remove the top ash. The bottom conch will be white due to fire. Make small tablet by drying in lemon juice and mixing them and close the hole and burn it in the gazput. A single time will become a very soft ash. If some problem remains to get ash, then this method repeats second time.
Second Method Put some Clamshell between the two clay and burn in 10 ser kande or wooden coals. After swong-cool, mix lemon juice 2-3 times in stone mortar then dry it and filter it with a cloth and fill it in the glass vial.

Quantity and Proportion:-

Combine 2 to 4 drops of lemon juice or betel juice or 30 gm ghee and 5 gm of honey in the morning and evening is special quality. 

Properties and Uses of Conch:-

             This ash is beneficial in the results of Colic, Esophagus, Spleen, Acidity, Rassaya, Thirst, Gulm, Indolence etc. This ash has the special quality of working the Acidity of bile. It is produce move flavor in the stomach than Conch and oyster. Therefore, due to the presence of sour belts due to the absence of chapra or colic and the food is not well matured by Leprosy-air, Kapardak bhasam has good quality in pitta ajarnadi. It is also carmicative, shulaghan and digestive.
             If indigestion of is a symptomatic disease, give it with honey. Result is vomiting, and chaos also, giving with ddim-swars of dadimavaleh is especially beneficial. Kapardak bhasam in Rasajirna, along with Hingvashtak churna and mixing Shnkh bhasma in Annadravya-Cola, is definitely beneficial. In the early stages of duodenum, Kapardak bhasma with only roasted cumin powder is good benefit instated of opium. Believe repeatedly in acidity and in the event of vomiting, mix it with golden ceremonial ash.  

In Respiratory Disease

It is best to give it with Pippali Churna and Madhu. It is very beneficial with the powder of Trikatu (Saunth, Peepal, Pepper) in Agnimandha.   

In Ear Flowing 

Putting Kapardak bhasma in the ear and pouring lemon juice on top it is very beneficial.   
Note:- Kapardak Bhasma should be given only mixed with butter, honey or cream. Never use Kapardak Bhasma only because it bites the tongue due to pungency.    

In Dry Cough

Dry cough is erased from the root by giving 2 doses of Compassion ash with cream or betel juice. 

In Tuberculosis

Whenever there is retardation and the coughing velocity increasing evenly, wealness also increases and if you do not feel hungry, then gives Kapardak with consumed butter.

In Low Hunger

The above doshas are eradicated by giving Kapardak Bhasma with powdered root powder to increase hunger by burning fire and proper digestion of eaten food. 

In Colic

Mixing Kapardak bhasma with black pepper powder, filling it in half and sucking it eliminates abdominal etc. 

In the early stages of Alveolar disease

Kapardak Bhasma is used to digest common fluids. Digestion continues to accumulate in it. The material is stored because the duoenum which digest food and located in the body by the name of Pittadhara. Due to her disorder, she is unable to digest food. Due to which undigested grain is formed (raw juice). To get rid of this duodenal disorder - Kauri Bhasma 1 mash honey 3 masha and salt 1 ratti - mix these three things in a vessel, but one should consume sathi rice and milk diet. 

In Acne

Soak the yellow worm in lemon juice, when the juice dries, apply a lot of fine powder and apply it on your face. It is beneficial.
