I love to share delicious recipes that are also quick and easy. I mean, we’re all leading busy lives, right? And finding time to spend in the kitchen can be very challenging.
This recipe for Dump Cake fits those requirements perfectly: quick, easy, and delicious!
Dump Cake Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix 2 sticks butter or margarine 1 can crushed pineapple 1 can cherry pie filling 1 cup chopped pecansHow to make it:
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Spread the pineapple (undrained) in the bottom of a 13 x 9 ungreased dish spread the cherry pie filling over the top of the pineapple Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix over the top of the cherry pie filling Sprinkle pecans over cake mix Cut the butter into pats and place over the top Bake for 1 hourEnjoy! I like to eat mine with a little whipped cream on top.
