When I cook prawn dishes, I will usually get Tiger prawns or Vannamei prawns. This is my first time trying out Red legged prawns (???) which I’ve ordered from Whole Fish. Red legged prawns are wild caught and not farmed like Tiger prawns and Vannamei prawns. It has a thinner shell and the flesh is crunchy and sweet.
