M.L. Rose
4.5 ?
M.L. Rose is the kind of burger joint that is meant for those who don’t back down from a challenge. These burgers are piled high and not for the person in a mood for a light meal. Don’t let the concept of a burger lead you to believe that these are just beef based specialties. Whether you stick to the classics and grab a ANM.L-Style burger (comes with bacon) or feel like being adventurous with the turkey based Bakersfield Burger, M.L. Rose is here to take care of business. Pile toppings high with a Southern Belle Burger and you won’t even need to look at the appetizers with all this handheld action. But, don’t skip the pre meal selection while you’re at it. To-Go boxes are encouraged so fill up on nachos, pretzel bites, and bottle caps before your main course comes out. Any of M.L. Rose’s three locations in Nashville are worth at least one visit, maybe two or three.

The area has a knack for knowing exactly how to please all of their patrons at the Germantown Pub plays a large role in why people keep coming back to visit. Often compared to the bar from that old sitcom Cheers, the Germantown Pub is one of those homey spaces where you feel like you’re going to run into a buddy from the good old days. Take a seat on their patio sometime and create your own burger, you can even choose black bean patty protein. For a real taste of the city make sure to dig into the Nashville Hot Burger, a locally influenced combination of flavors topped with house made pickles.
