The Los Angeles Dodgers have been the most aggressive team so far this offseason.
While other teams sit back and watch, the Dodgers have been doing what is necessary to improve their roster.
On paper, they have the best roster in MLB by far.
It even seems like they are still looking for more ways to improve.
They have made three significant moves this offseason including signing Shohei Ohtani and Yoshinobu Yamamoto.
Also, they traded for Tyler Glasnow from the Tampa Bay Rays.
Anyone that looks at that team should see the heavy favorites to win the World Series.
According to Codify, the Dodgers are big favorites to win the World Series.
They have +380 odds to win it all while the Atlanta Braves are second at +650.

Luckily for baseball fans, there are still 162 games that need to be played plus the playoffs before we crown a champion.
Anything can happen over a full season, and the team favored to win it all rarely does.
Just last season we saw two wild card teams make the World Series.
The Texas Rangers ended up winning it all and almost no one predicted that to happen in Spring Training.
Plus, the Dodgers have shown in the recent past that they struggle in the postseason.
Each of the last two years they have been knocked out in the NLDS despite having amazing regular seasons.
While the Dodgers will most likely end the year as the top team in the NL, that does not mean they should already be handed the World Series trophy.
