I say this time and time again that boudoir photos are more than sexy poses in lingerie. There’s a feeling of empowerment and confidence a boudoir session can bring forth that women didn’t even know they had within them. This is why I am so passionate about the work I create as a boudoir photographer!
For Miss A’s session we got to play with a variety of looks from classic black lingerie, t-shirt and panties, wrapped in sheets, water (so FUN!), off the shoulder one pieces, and tasteful nudes.

When my clients first reach out, we hop on a phone call to chat about the process, pricing, and the vision they have for their session. After photographing hundreds of boudoir sessions, I’ve seen it all and always have ideas on how to bring their vision to life! Regardless if clients know what type of look they’re going for or if they have no idea, I always have recommendations.
Once my client’s session is booked and scheduled, I send them my Lingerie Style Guide. This guide has examples and links to all my favorite lingerie brands! I promise Victoria’s Secret is not the only place to find amazing lingerie! This style guide helps you plan out your looks and find lingerie pieces that accentuate your body, so you look and feel like a total babe!
Hair & Makeup for Boudoir
Every boudoir session includes hair and makeup by one of our trusted, professional artists. Miss A was nervous about having her hair and makeup done, but Jessica Faye Beauty created a natural and elevated look for Miss A. In her own words Miss A said, “Being a natural mixed woman I don’t let anyone touch my hair but Jessica knew how to manipulate my curls and frame my face perfectly! . . . Jessica KILLED my makeup look! I wanted to cry. It was beautiful! Absolutely gorgeous! ” Her smile in the photo below says it all!
