What was the main reason for choosing to do a Boudoir session?
I wanted to feel confident in my skin again and gift the photos to my husband. I like the idea of looking back at these photos when I’m older and thinking “I wasn’t too bad”

I was a bit nervous if I’m honest! But as soon as I got there and met Louise and Ieva I felt immediately at ease. We laughed and talked and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at any point.
What was your favourite part of your boudoir session and why?
I think shortly after starting. I had loosened up a bit, we were having fun playing with poses, Louise had shown me one of the pictures and my confidence just sky rocketed. I felt like I completely owned myself in that moment.
How did you feel when you saw your images for the first time?
Over the moon. Many of the photos I felt were a true reflection of me, and I was happy to see that. But there were a handful I couldn’t believe were me, that I could look that beautiful. I’m so excited now to see my husbands face when I share the photos with him.
Has a boudoir session changed the way you feel about yourself?
Yes! I feel more confident. Not in the way where I’ll push a Victoria’s Secret model off the runway so I could strut down, but just in how I hold myself and how I feel in my skin. I’ll always have these photos now and being able to refer back to them will be such a boost.
What would you say to someone considering booking a Boudoir shoot?
Absolutely do it. We look back at old pictures of ourself and think- what was I worried about back then?? Imagine that with this!! It’s such a fun day, you have a wonderful keepsake, and the most important bit is you feel incredible in your own skin.
