Hazy Mango Double IPA
With the sweet-tangy juiciness of mango and a burst of Mosaic and Idaho-7 hops, this Double IPA is a powerhouse of flavor. There's a reason this was the first beer to be canned after our flagship ales!
ABV: 7.9%Special Ingredients: Fresh MangoMy thoughts: Opaque with a fine white head that left sticky lacing on the glass. Aroma is full of juicy mango and grapefruit. At the first sip, sweet mango rushes forward in flavor, followed by citrus and light notes of pine. It’s medium bodied, has a soft mouth feel and finishes with grapefruit and warming alcohol. Given the combination of body and alcohol, one 16 oz. can made for the perfect thirst quencher!
Sabertooth Hazy IPA
This hazy IPA boasts aromas of citrus and ripe papaya while a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel gives ton of flavor of juicy tropical fruit.
ABV: 6%Special Techniques: Dry HoppedBoth of these IPAs are delicious and perfect for the warm weather that has finally arrived in the Pacific Northwest! If these are in stock at your local McMenamins, give 'em a try.
Happy 4th of July!
