Format

The competition comprises 40 teams divided into ten groups of four. The top ten teams from each group, as well as the six best second-placed teams from each group, will proceed to the Second Round, as determined by the Official Basketball Rules.

The Second Round will be contested on a home-and-away basis, with the winners progressing to the Quarter-Finals. The Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals, and Finals will all be contested at home and away.
