Harlequins can keep themselves in the hunt for a semi-final place when they welcome struggling Gloucester to Twickenham Stoop on Saturday.

Quins are a couple of places outside of the top four, but they will fancy their chances of potentially climbing up the standings at the expense of Gloucester, who have not won in the league since 20th October.

Dino Lamb comes in at blindside flanker for a Harlequins side that will be skippered by Alex Dombrandt, who takes up the No.8 shirt.

A new centre partnership will be on show with Andre Esterhuizen and Oscar Beard, who replaces the injured Will Joseph, getting the nod in midfield.

There is also a Premiership debut for Cameron Anderson, who lines up on the left wing, while Danny Care and Marcus Smith form the half-back pairing once again.

Gloucester start with a new-look front-row of Jamal Ford-Robinson, George McGuigan and Kirill Gotovtsev, while Seb Atkinson comes into midfield alongside Chris Harris.

Jonny May and Mayco Vivas have both overcome minor injuries to be named among the replacements, with academy graduates Seb Blake and Ciaran Knight also in the matchday XV.

Harlequins have been struggling for consistency of late, with back-to-back wins over Sale and Racing 92 followed by defeats to Toulouse and Bath.

While their inability to get an unbeaten streak going will be frustrating for Billy Millard, his side have been a force to be reckoned with at Twickenham Stoop.

Quins have won three of their last four league games at home, beating Sale (36-3), Newcastle Falcons (40-12) and Exeter Chiefs (22-14).

That scoring prowess which has seen Harlequins rack up 238 points, the fourth highest in the division, should be in full swing against a Gloucester outfit that have conceded the second-most points this season.

The Cherry and Whites, who are on a seven-game losing streak in the league, have lost their last three away matches in the Premiership - conceding 100 points across those defeats.

Everything is pointing towards a comfortable home victory and backing Quins at -12 in the Handicap looks like the betting route to go down.
