Friends, it's been quite some time. Life has picked up and much has developed. Hope all is well checking in on you!...

In the spirit of the holiday season, season of reflection, and a time when people suffer with seasonal affected disorder, it was on my heart to share..

Life can be beautiful and taken for granted. Life can control you at ,times.Life is messy. Life is dirty. Life can be ugly. Life as we know it can be too short. It's certainly too short for unforgiveness. Life is too short to hold grudges. Many times we hold on to the very thing that hurt us and it prevents us from becoming our best self. Life is so much more than a disagreement or a feud about materialistic things.

The next second isn't promised to us and we must make the choice to live for now. Not yesterday or the day after tomorrow but TODAY. An unexpected loss takes time to process but once you have a chance to sit and reflect, what lesson have you learned? I asked myself this question months after losing a loved one unexpectedly, and a few months later celebrating 5 years of remission, milestone in my career , and overwhelming opportunities to expand my reach in my fields of passion.

Life offers us so much more. It's a gift, and it's time given that you can't get back. What does life mean to you? Tell your loved ones you love them, forgive, but don't forget, be mindful and aware, and let life be lived as a platform of growth and progression. As we transition in the last month of the year, I challenge you to really evaluate the loved ones you keep close, those you have to treat with a long handled spoon, and the ones you have to love from afar who you give much mercy wrapped in patience.

Free your heart. Make freedom a priority for you! Every relationship won't be mended but ensure you have peace, give it to God, forgive and moved on.

Live for you and to give back to others! How do you want to be remembered and what do you want to be remembered for.

Love the life you live!
