There is a purpose for everything that happens to you and especially when it comes to everyone you meet. Some people will test you, some will use you, some will bring out the best in you, others will abuse you but everything we face is another priceless experience which takes place for us to learn and grow from and everyone will teach you something about yourself, something  you never knew or fail to accept & recognise. As a spiritual person, i practice the teachings of Buddha and I believe each experience we go through with individuals we meet is actually a blessing and has only happened for you to learn the most valuable lessons and each being specific to you and necessary for your personal growth and development. Each prepare you for the next chapter of your journey with every teaching you take another incredible step towards expanding your consciousness.
The road to self-discovery requires this help from others. As humans, we are always seeking feedback and approval from others. That is how we learn and become better as individuals. No relationship is a waste of time. The wrong ones teach you the lessons that prepare you for the right ones. Appreciate everyone that enters your life because they are contributing to your growth and happiness by allowing you to find peace, I always say make sure you leave a footprint in everyone's heart when you meet them, All who have known me in this life know I would put my self on hold for the happiness of others, People have advised me against this selfless act of love but it's who I am, and most times majority of people have taken advantage of this part of me but it would not make me change who I am, and it shouldn't make you change who you are either.

As a lifestyle writer, I share my life experiences with my readers and close contacts, not to seek self-pity but in order to grow and maybe help others going through similar experiences to understand that they are not alone, it is sometimes unfortunate what we all go through in life, but you must never blame yourself because "Life" would never put you through a journey you can not handle, recently I found myself at the mercy of social media and I did something I stand strongly against "I Ranted", I let my experience get the better of me and felt the need for validation but I later realised the key lessons I have been taught in this life " How People treat you is their Karma, and how you react is your Karma", only you can tell how the shoe pinches, no one can ever tell you how you feel or how you should feel, If an event should take place between you and another party away from the public eyes, never seek validation because the public was not present, so ask yourself this "How would they understand"?, In this life you rarely ever see anyone admitting openly that they are wrong, especially when all they worry about is the image they have preserved in the mind of their folks, friends etc, so i am glad I quickly realised there was no need for me to seek validation for whatever another party had done to me, i also remembered The saying "Everyone you meet has something to teach you ", and this could mean many things to each of us, but no matter how bad that experience was, be thankful for the good things and also the positive side of things, leave the negatives to the individual, I am always grateful for each meeting and experience because I believe we are all "Spiritual Beings" having a human experience, and trust me life would put you through some challenging situations, just believe there is always light at the end of the tunnel and still fill your heart with love, "love everyone you meet because everyone is going through something in this life".

You have infinite potential and you were born to win, learn to be grateful and understand your past experiences and believe in your heart that all that has happened has brought you here. As long as you are breathing and your heart is beating you are capable of anything and have the power within you to make your dreams come true. Awaken Abundance and be present, live in a unconditional state of love and let you heart be filled with joy. Expanding your consciousness allowing yourself to be connected with all your surroundings will allow you to let go of any self-limiting beliefs which you have developed and allowed to control you and attract things you need to achieve your dreams and manifest them into reality rather than believing you must work hard and stress to create it. This is your most powerful state.

Do not worry about trying to convince someone who has hurt you that they have hurt you, people believe only what they want to believe but know that Life works in many funny ways, and that is why the saying "What goes around, Comes Around", and when finally they see their true form it might be too late as you would not be there to pick up the pieces, for example someone calls you crazy, a liar, psycho, manipulating, evil, wicked, Hormonal, emotional, etc, never feel the need to validate yourself anymore , I have come to believe only a human with a True heart will rather stop to think why is this person saying i have hurt them "Maybe there is truly something i am doing wrong that even i can not see", Maybe because of my past experiences, I have Built a "Mean core" or a wall so high that I do not let people in and I push them away and it comes off wrong and negative", but the world we live in today, everyone strives for the right to be "Right", and people forget the saying "Two Wrongs can never make a right", everyone plays the victim rather than see the true pain in the other person eyes and heart.

There is a quote I love by (Hina Syed) - "Either they are a blessing or a lesson. If they are uplifting, positive, and good then it’s a blessing, but if they’re mean, bad, and negative then it’s a lesson. Move forward and just pay attention to the good things and stray away from the ones in the path of thorns". ~ Hina Syed
