During the Holiday Season it can be quite difficult to understand what to get our loved ones on a budget or find their favourite product L’oreal have kindly sent me a package to help you pick some presents, from stocking fillers to skincare addicts to help you pick Ajay they’ll love!
Post Contains PR Package of Christmas Gifts for your loved ones this Holiday Season – Opinions are my own.
Inside the PR package, there are products from some of L’Oréal Luxe’s best brands. From Urban Decay to Ysl, and even something for skincare Lovers from Kiehls, they’ve really hit the mark with some products that will suit everyone.
First up is the Kiehls Ultra Facial Cream. This is perfect for someone who is into skincare, or wants to start using a high end face cream. It’s light weight yet rich, perfect for someone who has sensitive skin, and is even perfect for males as their brand is mainly unisex. This contains no perfumes, which is perfect for someone who is put off with strong scented creams.
Retailing for £43, this is a higher end product however a little goes a long way and is a perfect night cream for people with oily skin who don’t want a heavy night cream, or perfect for dry skin in the day.
Next up is Lancome Lash Idôle, a range based on their Idôle line. This doll eyed mascara is lengthening, waterproof, and ultra black. I was actually shocked at the effect it gave as I expected quite a soft fluttery lash, but this isn’t a mascara to overlook! It really opened my eyes and I have thoroughly enjoyed adding it into my routine. I’m very fussy with mascaras as I have quite sensitive eyes, buy this doesn’t flake and is easy to remove with a cleansing blam or waterproof eye makeup remover. This retails for £24. The brush is a curved comb, which separates and lengthens, and doesn’t go clumpy. Pictured below is 2 coats.
Looking for a perfect palette for a teen for school? Or wanting to find a nice nude palette ready for spring makeup? The Urban Decay Naked Sin mini palette could be your answer. When I opened it I did expect reds, however, the palette of nudes really has been missing in my daily makeup bag. This has perfect transition and brightening shades, with strong pigment pay off. Below is an eye look I created as well as one stripe finger swatches. Urban Decay is transitioning over to a vegan makeup brand, so if you’re looking for vegan and cruelty free makeup check out their products. This palette retails for £27, and comes in 3 different colour stories.
Another great stocking filler or for someone who wants to try setting sprays is one of the best selling sprays on the market: Urban Decays All Nighter Setting Spray. This comes in 4 different types, however I have been sent the original and best selling spray. This makes makeup transfer proof, and even has a claim of being mask proof. I have tried this out over the last few days and can assure you, it helps keep my oily skin at bay! This is perfect for sealing and locking in makeup, and I can see how and why it’s a best selling spray. This retails for £12.
Last but not least, the perfume I get every other year, the delicious YSL Black Opium. This is a warm, spicy and slightly sweet scent that every time I use, I get complimented. It’s a no brainer why this is on a lot of people’s makeup tables and used as a night out perfume. The standout glittery bottle is one that every time I want to smell good, my inner magpie picks up the bottle. This retails for £88. Honestly cannot put into words how delicious this smells, but if you need a perfume to impress your loved one, add this to your list immediately.
