Hashstack Overview – What is It?
Hashstack is a permissionless lending and borrowing protocol.
It enables secure under-collateralised loans to crypto traders.
This means that it lets you borrow money even if you don’t have a lot to put up as collateral.
Specifically, borrowers can borrow up to 500% of their collateral.
As earlier highlighted, Hashstack is built on Starknet, taking advantage of its zero-knowledge proofs mechanism to provide a cost & capital-efficient lending solution.
After a year of beta testing starting in 2022, Hashstack’s full platform finally kicked off in November 2023.
Despite its recent introduction, the protocol has already attracted over $500,000 in locked liquidity.
Hashstack Airdrop Highlight!
As of December 2023, Hashstack is actively conducting an airdrop campaign in anticipation of the impending launch of its native token, $HASH
The campaign is targeted towards users who interacted with their V1 mainnet dApp. This campaign began on November 27, 2023, and will conclude on January 22, 2024.
Here are some key details about the campaign:
Rewards: A total of 0.5% of the HASH token supply and 999 V1OG NFTs are allocated for this airdrop. Earning mechanics: You earn reward points based on your liquidity activity (supplying/borrowing) and referrals. Hashstack Airdrop: A Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Fund your wallet
Note that you need ETH on Starknet for gas fees. You can use StarkGate to bridge your ETH to Starknet.
Step 2: Lend
Visit Hashstack and connect your wallet.Afterwards, proceed to lend!
Navigate to the “Dashboard” and choose “Market” from the options.
On the left-hand side, that is where you will lend.
Proceed to lend. You can lend any of these supported tokens: USDT, USDC, wBTC, wETH, DAI Select “Supply” next to the token your interest, enter the amount you want to supply and click and confirm the transaction from your wallet
Upon lending, your asset begins accruing a daily APR and points the following day.
The earned APR is in the form of a liquid staking token, and you have the option to stake it if you choose.
Step 3: Borrow
On the right-hand side, that is where you will borrow.
Select the token of interest, enter the amount you want to borrow and confirm the transaction.
The assets you borrow will begin accruing interest and points from the following day.
Additionally, you have the option to spend your borrowed assets through staking, swapping, or providing liquidity.
Step 4: Referral
Share your referral link with interested friends. You earn points when someone participates using your referral link.
As long as your lending and borrowing positions remain open, you’ll consistently accumulate points and “Hash.”
