So today was my last day at work for 2023. I left with almost everything caught up for the new year. I still have news releases to mail and Edelweiss to update. But I’m not going to worry over it. I am going to rest, concentrate on my family and my projects, and relax a good bit. I will have that meeting with my boss when we get back, and everything will go from there.
I am having a good day today. Bob’s not really doing well. He had to stay home because after he left the house, he coughed so hard that he almost threw up twice. If he had tried to work, he’d have been sent home anyway. So he turned around and came back. But he’s been quiet on Nyquil and staying in a room away from us so he won’t talk because that kicks off coughing, also.
I will wrap the last of the presents tonight and work on Christmas cards and mail them tomorrow. They just won’t have a Christmas note in them. And that’s fine.
Got some work to do before dinner so we will see what happens. Godspeed to you all.
