I was born near the end of the 70’s. Disco was king and Jimmy Carter was still president of the country.
There had recently been a massive blizzard in the area I live in so my Dad went out and bought a four wheel drive pick up truck because I was due in the winter and he wanted to be able to get my mom to the hospital if the weather was bad.
I think being a 70’s baby is fun.
It makes me part of generation x.
I definitely relate to much more of my generation’s experiences than I do millennials’, that’s for sure.
I think a lot of that comes from having cousins who were all older than me and growing up with their influence. All of the neighbor kids were older as well.
My parents were also around 30 when they had me, so they were decidedly boomers.
