When you’re struggling with your mental health, you may it’s hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. You want to feel better but don’t know where to start. Reaching out to a therapist is not always as easy as it sounds. I’ve been there and am sharing some of the best mental health therapy workbooks. Of these books, the DBT workbook is my first choice, which is why it’s at the top of the list. Remember, you are not alone on this journey; taking the first step toward healing is usually the hardest. Starting here with therapeutic resources is an excellent place to start.
