I am not a mother yet, but as an advocate in the mental health community, I know the hardship new mothers face regarding their mental health. Postpartum depression is often overlooked and not taken seriously. Many women fear coming forward about their struggles due to guilt, shame, and fear of judgment. However, I do not have to be a parent to say that mothers are human and their emotions matter too. We live in a world that puts a lot of pressure on parents to be perfect, which increases anxiety. If you are going through postpartum depression or struggling with your emotions, these books and workbooks will hopefully give you guidance and peace.
I have not personally read these books, but I thoroughly researched reviews and received many suggestions from parents.
