HAPPY SUNDAY EVERYONE!

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas! We spent the day with Mr. Dollycas�s side of the family. The group was a little smaller than usual as some family members including Son #2�s family were traveling and others stayed home due to various illnesses. They were all missed but the rest of us had a great time. As the years go by we seem to see each other less and less so this is truly a special day to catch up, pass around some hugs, eat some great food, and just enjoy each other�s company. The picture above is us with my awesome mother-in-law. Below is Daughter #1 and her family, Daughter #2 with her boyfriend, Son #2 and his family all the way from Florida, and Natalie and her mom from her Christmas concert. We will be celebrating our family Christmas on Saturday.

This week I worked on a lot of end-of-year things on my blog. Wrapping up my Challenges. I completed all of them! Setting up my Challenge Page and posting about Challenges for 2024. I also posted my Best Reads of 2023. On Friday my 5-day Blogoversary Celebration started.

My holiday break is shorter this year so I am worried about getting my Books By State pages updated and my Book Recommendations Page for 2024 off to a good start. Amazon taking away some of their tools has turned working on those pages into a 3-step process instead of just one but I am determined to make it work.

Yesterday I had a huge surprise when my soon-to-be daughter-in-law posted the picture below of a billboard on Facebook. Yes, that is Son #2 larger than life along a highway not too far away from here. I am so proud of him and how hard he works to provide for his family. I am happy to see his employer values him too.
