Who isn’t in the mood for some ripe fruit on the 4th of July?! Whether you use strawberries or watermelon, decorate your 4th of July BBQ with these good looking Red, White & Blue Fruit Kabobs. I like how easy & good looking these kabobs turn out... and if you want a little bit more of a challenge, grab some star cookie cutters, slice up some watermelon ? & go for the Star Spangled Fruit Salad

Want to impress your Fourth of July guests with some easy or creative alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages?

Red, White & Blue Bomb Pop Daiquiri

For blue layer: In a blender, blend blue curaçao, white rum and .75 oz lime juice with ice until smooth. Divide evenly between two old-fashioned glasses. Place glasses in the freezer until the next layer is ready. For white layer: In a blender, blend white rum, .75 oz lime juice and .75 oz simple syrup with cup ice until smooth. Remove old-fashioned glasses from the freezer and divide the mixture evenly between the two glasses, pouring slowly to create defined layers. Place the glasses in the freezer until the next layer is ready. For red layer: In a blender, blend white rum, .5 oz lime juice and .5-2 or 3 cups strawberries (depending on quantity of guests) with ice until smooth. Remove old-fashioned glasses from the freezer and divide the mixture evenly between the two glasses, pouring slowly to create defined layers. (There may be some Strawberry Daiquiri left over, feel free to sip on the side as a reward.) Garnish with Bomb Pop popsicles, and enjoy!

Something easy: Red, White & Blue Sangria
