A program of talks and empowerments will be held in the beautiful space of a traditional Tibetan temple at the Peaceful Land of Joy Meditation Centre in Yuroke from 18-21 January. We are delighted and honoured to welcome Venerable Zasep Tulku Rinpoche to the centre.

The teaching series includes:

Three Principal Paths Teaching 7.30 pm Thursday 18 January 2024

The three principal paths encapsulate the range of the Buddha’s teachings, from entering the path of meditation and progressing through the stages to the achievement of complete enlightenment. By being familiar with the three principal paths we understand the key Buddhist concepts.

Green Tara Initiation 10 am Saturday 20 January 2024

By relying on Tara we are quickly able to achieve our goals. Practice of Green Tara helps to achieve worldly wishes and is a great support for our Dharma practice. Initiation is a blessing, but also it empowers us to be able to do Green Tara meditation practice.

Green Tara Powa Practice 2pm Saturday 20 January 2024

Powa is transference of consciousness. As our life draws to an end, the powa meditation techniques can help to transfer our consciousness at death to a pure land. A pure land rebirth provides ideal circumstances for Dharma practice and is without any form of manifest suffering.
